Pet care experience
I have two dogs of my own- a rescue pitbull and a special needs miniature poodle- and have owned two labs in the past. I love animals of all kinds and have both volunteered and worked in a number of animal-centric positions. I am also a Rover client myself, so I know what is important as a pet parent. I'll gladly meet your little one's needs, whether they are low maintenance and easy to walk or are still learning the ropes and have behavioral challenges they are still trying to get the hang of, I am up for it! I worked closely with a dog trainer on my dog's behavioral issues when I rescued her and I've seen how far a little love and commitment can go - I fully respect your expectations and training philosophy.

Suzanne was amazing! We have a special needs dog that needs supervision and meds given at specific times so needless to say we are always nervous when we travel. However, Suzanne quickly calmed our nerves with the daily updates and pictures. We knew Tahya was in great hands. We came home to a super clean house and washed linens - which was a great surprise. I would give Suzanne more than five stars if it was possible. Just after one sitting, she has become our number one choice for dog sitting in the future. She is amazing!
Suzanne does an honestly outstanding job with my rat terrier-chihuahua mix. My Bella has a defensiveness with strangers but Suzanne had the patience to work with her and getting to know her gradually. She is my new long-term dog walker whenever I am away!
Suzanne kept our 6 year old rescue for a week. We came home to a happy dog and clean house. She sent picture updates each day and went above and beyond to make sure our anxious dog was comfortable while we were away. I will use her again!
Suzanne is great! A tired pup is a happy pup and she knows how to make my dog both tired and happy! I would recommend and will continue to use her.
