Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a child including my best friends Westies and my aunt’s Golden, Staffy, Chow Chow, Maltipoo and Yorkie. Currently I watch my brother’s Corgi when needed. I’m happy to watch your baby while you take a much needed vacation or have work deadlines coming up! In my gallery are some of the photos I have watched over the last 12 months (Buddy the senior Westie, Roux the Pitbull mix, Arlo the Beagle, Primo the Corgi, Bagel the Corgi, Al Pacino the Jack Russel/Chihuahua mix, Sasha the senior Golden Retriever mix and Fishy the Chihuahua mix).

My two biggest factors on where to take your dog for a walk will be their friendliness level with other dogs/people and their energy. I have more secluded routes I can take to minimize interactions and I have routes that are longer with several hills to ensure a hardy walk. Do you have a cuddly, lazy dog or a high energy, playful dog? I generally shy away from dog parks for several reasons unless requested by you.
A typical day
Unless the weather is brutal, I will take a dog to Astoria Park or the ICYP baseball fields for some fun in the grass. During the winter, I have a tennis trainer rebound ball that I will use in my apartment.

Availability
I currently work from home 2-3 days a week with a flexible daily schedule. I have a strict hour-long walk instead of a lunch break and would love to have a walking buddy. I am generally flexible and may have a day marked as unavailable if I will be away for specific hours of the day so you can always inquire if I have availability to board a dog or take a walk later in the day.
