Susie did a fantastic job caring for our 2 GSD’s! Really appreciated her attention to detail and commitment in caring for our dogs. Susie is new to Port Townsend so it was our first time using her, but we immediately felt dogs and chickens were in safe hands the entire time we were away. Susie, also shared photos from daily walks and worked well with our reactive older dog who is going blind. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Susie again. I have no doubt she’s going to book up fast on Rover.

My husband and I were the proud owners of a very high-spirited Vizsla, Ginger, and we always called on Susie to care for her when we left town. We knew that Susie possessed the required skills to handle our dog and her particular Vizsla behavioral eccentricities, based on our personal experience seeing her handle her own Irish Setters, as well as the multiple dogs that she was in charge of in that controlled group dynamic of the dog sitting environment. We were confident that Susie’s calm authority was the best solution for our dog, and we were always completely satisfied and relieved to leave Ginger in Susie’s care. We knew that there would be multiple long walks, fun play with quiet time to recover, appropriate discipline and earned treats.
