Pet care experience
I’ve loved animals all my life and have added several dogs and cats to our family over the years. I also love taking walks and caring for others! My furry family currently consists of a calico cat named TigerKitty (13), a Miniature Schnauzer named Kiyah (14), and one Aussie/Lab named Oliver (10). All of our furry family are rescues. They are all still energetic, super friendly, and love to have visitors, play dates, walks and long naps! They enjoy playing with younger dogs and relaxing with older dogs.

We were fortunate to have Susie available to care for our Tucker cat. Her updates and communication allowed us to relax more and enjoy our time away from home. We came home to a happy cat and all was well. Thank you Susie!
Susie was amazing with Aldo. Treated him like her own and took him on lots of fun hikes! Your pups are in great hands with her.
Susie was so great with our basset hound! I don't think he wanted to come home. I truly appreciate her flexibility and accommodation. He even got a special treat for his stay. We will definitely book with Susie again :)
We dropped our dog off at Suzie's house while we went rafting for the day. Suzie was great! Quick communication and very friendly. She sent us multiple pictures throughout the day. Our dog got plenty of playtime and a walk with her dogs. We recommend Suzie if you are in the Buena Vista area!

I have an open yard with a small fenced dog run and a leashed dog run. We do not use either a lot because we love going on walks, to the local dog park, and if they are in the yard I am usually with them. We live on a mountainside with fresh air and natural landscaping.

A typical day
I’d love to keep your dog active! We can play at the local park, take walks, and we have plenty of toys to stimulate their brains as well! If they are older and prefer to snuggle, I can give them plenty of that too!
