My dogs seemed happy when I came home. I had very little to no communication with her unless I texted her first and it was short responses when we spoke. I came home to a carpet and couch that were stained pink, unable to clean it out. Susie made no attempt to notify me or give me an explanation. There were urine stains on the carpet. Lights were left on and my dogs were roaming my condo when I arrived home. (That was not the plan of care we discussed.) I would not consider her a clean person be cautious if she is staying in your home. Also I live in a condo and I had a written notice upon my return that there were noise complaints coming from my home such as slamming of doors, yelling and my dogs barking at inappropriate times and not respecting quite hours. I have NEVER had an issue with noises, let alone received a written notice for ANYTHING since I have lived in my condo. My dogs are healthy but I will not use her again nor recommend her. I am currently working with Rover to review her service and cover the damages.

Susie is one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met. She loves dogs and they definitely flock toward her naturally. A dog is never sad or in danger when it is in the care of Susie.
