Pet care experience
I've taken care of all shapes and sizes of animals. After caring for large dogs throughout my childhood (think bernese!), I have also lived and worked full-time at an animal sanctuary in Spain where I cared for 130 animals of all sizes, including horses, dogs, cats, and more! I have experience caring for elder and poorly animals and consistently practice being compassionate to animals with my vegan lifestyle. I am only a small person so larger dogs have to be (fairly) well lead trained. Excited to meet your furbaby!

Susannah treats every dog as if they were her own; cuddling them for hours, making sure they know just how much of a good girl/boy they are, and showering them with love! Dogs gravitate to her and they are the best judge of character. Susie has cared for my two big boxer dogs several times with ease and I would trust her with my life that they are safe, and happy as can be. Susie was raised with dogs, and knows exactly how to look after them. I would recommend her to anybody, for a dog of any size! If she can handle my two crazy puppies, she can handle anything.

Our balcony is spacious and fully fenced. If your dog is particularly small or agile/escape artist, we can also keep the door to the balcony locked and take downstairs to courtyard or for a walk for toilet breaks.

Would need to know in advance if your dog is reactive to any stimuli or has any quirks! I've taken care of strong dogs before but want to ensure that I am capable of keeping your dog secure.
A typical day
Plenty of cuddles and attention provided. Very happy to take on walks around the city and various nearby parks, although I am not likely to let them off leash unless they have extremely good recall. Lots of playtime indoors too! And welcome to make themselves at home on sofa :)

Availability
I work from home full time. This means I am always on hand for toilet breaks, cuddles, and walks. However, as I will be working, furry guests must be fairly non-destructive and trained enough to not require constant attention/monitoring.
