Happy Dog makes happy mama! Susanna is delightful person and very comfortable around my dog. On time and I got photos!

AMAZING! ACCOMMODATING! KIND! I am new to Fayetteville and was very nervous to leave my beloved dogs with a stranger. I asked Veterinarians and groomers for recommendations for pet care. Many recommended the same handful of sitters; however, even with all “five” star reviews, I read each review. One popular sitter had put a shock collar on the dog without consent of the owner. Other’s we’re not even slightly flexible on schedule changes. I kept scrolling and saw a beautiful smile, warm eyes, called this lovely lady and my “gut” was spot on!! The word “stranger” was lost in the first few seconds I spoke on the phone with Susanna! I met Susana with my GSD and it was love at first sight for both of them! Susanna was not intimidated nor did she try to control Logan with intimidation. She used all positive training methods which those who believe in this training realize how much patience a person must have than quadruple that patience level to be consistent with this training! Many sitters express they are “experienced with all types of Breeds and behaviors”, yet most former sitters seemed overwhelmed, nervous, well scared handling a German Shepherd. Logan is a two year old, intact male German Shepherd. I also have a female Pointer mix which we found as a stray, only had a short time therefore did not know all of her quirks. She recently had puppies as a stray so could not spay at the time Susanna cared for her. We knew she and Logan were both escape artists. I did not know how either would handle cats or small breed dogs which Susanna has both. Thoughts of my dogs with slashed faces and reports of thinking her tiny dog was one of their toys kept flashing in my mind. I stopped by while Susanna was sitting and not only was she comfortable, confident and relaxed, so was her entire household four legged and two legged!! Beautiful fenced in yard surrounded by woods! Few neighbors or traffic to worry about, yet easily accessible to all of Fayetteville! Accommodating cannot be mentioned enough! I had to drop off and pick up the dogs separately. I was not sure of drop off or pick up times until the “last minute”, I also asked to drop and add days. Susanna was kind and understanding. I never felt so much as a drop of irritation with my inconveniences! I am so grateful for this godsend of a sitter! Our dogs came back smelling great and exhausted!!! These escape artists and behavioral challenges were easily handled by Susanna and her pet loving, errr PATIENT household!
