Susanna was very flexible with my schedule (both dropping off and picking up). I made a very last minute meet-n-greet as well as reservation due to another sitter canceling at the last minute. I was also 3 hours late picking up my dog due to some traffic and travel issues. I did not arrive for pick up until midnight but Susanna greeted me with a warm welcome and smile and had a nice conversation with me about my dog's time with her. In addition to her flexibility with my schedule, she exhibited much flexibility with my 9 year old pup's anxious behavior. He can be a bit difficult if left alone knowing you are nearby (will bark until you return safely), and somewhat unpredictable around guests in the home. Although I was prepared to cut my business trip short and pick him up if needed, Susanna told me everything was going great and he was enjoying his time with her. Despite Luke's anxious response when she visited with neighbors and odd reaction to her roommate, she took it in stride and still cared for him with lots of lots. I would recommend Susanna to others. She is very loving, patient, and kind.
