Hello I am Susie, 25, and I currently work as a wildlife biologist. I pay close attention to detail, great in difficult situations, and a great communicator. I also stay active and could use a running partner if your dog is into that :) For my cat people, I love playing and petting cats all day if they let me. I also have an empty room your cat can reside in if they are more on the skittish side. Growing up I took care of my childhood dog and cat until the very end, and now occasionally I take care of my brothers dog. Why did I join Rover? Since I don’t have a pet of my own I do long for a furry friend but have limited time to care for one full time. This seemed like a win win solution!

Susie is a great pet sitter, she is always happy to take care of my cat and dog when I am out of town. My dog even pees out of excitement to see her. Susie sends me funny photos of my pets throughout the day which assure me that everything is going well. I would highly recommend her for anyone's pet care needs!
Susie has always been kind, patient and passionate about animals since I’ve known her. She’s always been empathetic and willing to go the extra mile in not only her own career as a biologist but in her own personal life. She’s pet sat for her family friends, and has sat for my dogs when I’d have a work trip or out of town trips and have always came back to them being exceptionally calmed and happy with the change in persons. A few tasks she would do in my place would be walking my much older chihuahua and my young German shepherd, make sure they’d go out when needed, water was available and feed them during their meal times. Although my German Shepherd is typically hesitant with new people, he welcomed Susie with excitement and enthusiasm, bringing his favorite toy to play fetch! If you want your babies to feel just as peace as they would in your hands, Susie is the person you can trust to accomplish that.

I have a fenced gate for your pets needs, but your pet will be kept inside the house for most of the day besides bathroom breaks and play time. I also have a empty room your pet can reside in if needed. I am open to meet and greets in my home or yours before finalizing any bookings.

A typical day
We will go on a jog around the neighborhood or nearby park (sportsvillage), play fetch, watch movies, and get pet and scratched all day as needed.

I have a full time job so I could only do full supervised boardings on the weekends (fri night, sat night), unless it is the holidays then I’m usually in town and my schedule will reflect that. With day care, check ins, and walking I would only be available in the evening after work during the week.
