Pet care experience
I have been house sitting off and on for the past 20 years. My husband and I grew up with pets between the two of us we had hamsters, rabbits, cats, dogs, horses and goats. I have taken care of the neighbors chickens, geese, sheep and cows. House sitting and taking excellent care of others pets is something I enjoy and am passionate about.

I would like to know their temperament and their daily routine. How do they react in public to other dogs? Do they have any special needs?
A typical day
We will go on walks in familiar places to your dog and go on some adventures depending upon what you are comfortable with. I enjoy going to the beach and on hikes, if those are things that it is ok to take your dog on, then depending upon the weather we may do things along those lines.

Availability
In preparation of retirement, we recently purchased a home in an active 55 and older community in Hollister, CA. To help reduce the amount of commuting that I need to do and to give my husband a change of scenery we enjoy house sitting in the Bay Area. We enjoy the flexibility of our lifestyle right now, our children are all grown and we do not currently have any animals of our own, but we do enjoy them. Housesitting and taking care of others animals while they are off traveling gives us the opportunity care for and enjoy other people's beloved pets.
