Pet care experience
I've had at least one dog since I was 6 years old and I've been a dog owner since I was 18. I love all animals and currently have 4 fur babies. I also babysit my daughter's dog as needed if she goes away. In the past I have walked dogs at an animal shelter and I also fostered a litter of motherless kittens from when they were 3 weeks old. I have experience with all age dogs and cats. In addition, I have cared for varies farm animals as well. (Chickens, geese, ducks, horses , pigs, goats and horses.)

Susan watches my dog Finn for me when I go away for vacations or long weekends. Finn normally doesn’t like leaving my side and is very very attached, but when he’s with her he has no problem jumping in the car or staying! He fits right in and she loves and treats him like one of her own :) He loves playing and going for walks with her 2 dogs Duncan & Delilah too! Highly recommend!!
Susan is a true animal lover. She has rescued and taken excellent care of and whole heartedly loved them all. She is responsible, caring and conscientious. I would completely trust her to take impeccable care of any animal she is entrusted to.

I have a fenced area in my yard that leads right out from my side door. There is plenty of room for the dogs to run and play! My dogs also like to sun themselves out on the deck. They love to play with my adult children's dogs who I babysit or they come to visit weekly 😊 My husband is a huge animal lover like me. I have an 11 year old son and he's been around dogs/animals for his whole life. Also, we live on a quiet cul de sac so hardly any cars go by at all. I would be happy to walk them as well! I would treat your fur babies as if they are my own. We allow our dogs on the furniture but I'm happy to follow whatever rules that you would like. Also, we have 2 cats but they mainly stay downstairs. They have a kitty door but if your dog isn't cat friendly we can shut and lock that door during their stay.

Please let me know if you dog is or isn't cat friendly as I have 2 cats but I can accommodate non cat friendly dogs as well. I would also like to make their stay as fun as possible so any of their favorite things would be helpful to know. Please have up to date vaccinations as well.
A typical day
We can play in my fenced yard or in the house. I have 2 dogs who love a mix of playing and cuddling! So whatever your baby is up for! I also live in a nice quiet street so we could take a walk and they could check out the neighborhood.

Availability
I currently work part time as a teacher assistant during the school year and I am off in the Summer and school vacations. Also, I'm available most weekends. During the school year I'm available for drop off anytime after 4:30 pm or my husband is home by 3:30 pm. During the week until school gets out, I would be gone for about 4 hours each day. I'm available for walking or drop in visits between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm during the week and almost anytime on Saturdays or Sundays. Im available for day care on Saturday and Sundays as well. Drop off anytime after 9 am and pick up anytime before 8pm. Thank you!
