Pet care experience

I was a Rover sitter for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it! I took a break in 2020 due to some personal commitments, but I am ready to go back to hosting dogs in our home! I absolutely love dogs of all sizes, and have an 18 year old daughter at home that loves to help. I also have a college age daughter that will be able to help out when she is home over breaks. We have a 15lb male Yorkshire Terrier that is very active and social and always loves another pup to hang out with. We live in a townhouse with an fenced yard, and live in a quiet neighborhood for strolls around the block. We only have weekend availability due to me working full time during the week, but we will keep our calendar up to date. We are very reliable, caring and responsible - rest assured, your pet will enjoy their stay!

Susan was top notch! She took such great care of Pacino - taking him on walks with his new buddy Charlie, giving lots of cuddles and sharing numerous pictures and videos throughout his stay. I highly recommend Susan and would use her again.

Susan was great! She walked & loved on my dog while I was away for a night. She kept in touch with me & sent pictures of my dog, letting me know all was going well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

Information Susan W. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any special needs ahead of time so I can prepare for their stay. I can administer any oral medications. Since we are in a townhouse, we prefer dogs under 75 lbs. We do have a Yorkshire terrier named Charly that is very chill, but likes to let visitors know he is the boss when he first meets them. Upon first meeting, I will give your dog time to explore the home and unwind and then introduce them to Charly on a walk where he doesn't feel too overwhelmed that another dog is in his home.

A typical day

We love hanging on our screened porch while the dogs explore the fenced in yard. We have quite a bit of toys to play with and live in a very quiet neighborhood perfect for taking walks.
