Pets are my life!
Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, fish and gerbils since the age of 8, and I’ve always had cats living on my own. I grew up with a scruffy spunky poodle named Mickey, and I very much enjoyed walking him and bathing him, and earned enough of his trust to trim his fur as needed. I’ve also been pet sitting for friends and neighbors since I was 11, and quickly became known as my neighborhood’s resident petsitter. I currently have two cats, Bean and Sylvie, and I am completely obsessed with them! Making them happy is always my first priority, and I will care for your pets with the same level of affection and attention to detail. Pets are our babies, and I will do everything I can to make sure that your babies are happy, healthy, and safe—and that your living space is clean and accident-free when you walk in the door. I work in the hospitality industry, so taking care of people is my profession. Taking care of WNY’s furry friends is my passion!
Reviews
Susan’s love for fur babies knows no bounds. Her joy is evident whenever around our four legged friends. There isn’t a person I’d rather leave my doggo with, whether friend or family. In professional setting, where I met her, she has proven herself time and time again, prompt, responsible, caring, compassionate.

Safety, trust & environment
I have two indoor cats who spend a few minutes each day outside on my porch supervised by me, and one who enjoys going on leashed walks from time to time (believe it or not!). I can easily crate your dog if needed, and in the past I’ve enjoyed taking my dogs out for long walks and a scamper in the park daily.

His quirks, personality type (is he shy? Does he like things done a certain way?), feeding preferences, touchy/sensitive spots so that I know how to pick them up if needed, favorite toys
A typical day
Walks, tug of war, ear scratches and belly rubs, kisses, treats, taking them to dog parks, making sure they have plenty of snacks and water
Services

Availability
I work around 35 hours a week—typically late morning until early evening OR early morning too early afternoon with a break—so I have plenty of time to check in on your precious pets and make sure they’re all set until your return. I have a car that can bring me wherever I need to go, so distance is no problem.
