Susan was able to take over at the last minute when my original sitter canceled. I am so glad she did. She took wonderful care of my pups. She went over and beyond what I expected. Also being a pet sitter, I always try to not only take care of the client's dogs as my own but also leave their home better than when I came. (I raised 2 boy scouts). I know how much work that truly involves, especially having a senior dog and a young Aussie with lots of energy. She exceeded my expectations.

As a dog lover myself, I can quickly spot someone who feels the same. Susie is thoughtful, kind, and loving to all animals (those in her care or anywhere!) She always has their safety and well-being first and foremost in her thoughts and in her actions. I would not only "allow" her to care for my dogs, I would seek her out! Since providing the dogs with great care is the goal, Susie would also provide prompt, responsive, and courteous customer service to their owners. Susie will be a great representative of your company.
