Susan first watched our pets (cats and dogs) when we left town. She took a genuine interest in our pets and learned details about each one. I have one dog that can be standoffish, however he warmed up to her in a short period of time. My pets loved having her around, which makes me feel comfortable about leaving them with her. Their behavior towards her gives me confidence that they are loved while we are not with them. She also gives me updates while we were away and full reports when we got home.
