Pet care experience
I have grown up with a range of pets, namely dogs and in my adult life have always had a dog in my own family. I am very much a dog lover, cherish and love my own always keeping them happy, safe, stimulated and they are always lifetime pets. I can be relied on to look after yours if you choose me as I do my own and fully appreciate that your dog/s are central to your family too so would always ensure their safety. I do look after my partner's Akita dog when needed also. I appreciate that it is an honour to be trusted to look after someone else's dogs. I have a wide range of doggie experience covering elderly dogs, ill-health dogs with mobility issues or needing regular medication which needed a high degree of care, to home litters of puppies, birthing and caring for growing puppies. I can also provide DBS clearance.

Susan came to our house to look after our 10 week old puppy, who is quite hard work. She did well and kept him entertained and safe for a few hours. Reliable and punctual
Susan took care of our puppy Paquito at our home. She sent a lot of pictures and updated us many times along the day. The commication was great and our puppy was well looked after. It was lovely having her.

My own dogs have plenty of love, attention, stimulation and are always kept safe inside the home, the garden or out dogwalking in the locality or a new area. They have regular meals and play time. My own dogs are trained to sit and come on command. If looking after someone else's dog I would transfer my range of experience and skills automatically to give the best care and security.

I would like to know the dog's temperament, if it has any likes or dislikes on walking, any favourite games, what your normal routine would be for the activity.
A typical day
I will tailor the walk to the doggie, ie if a bit nervous will choose quieter locations etc. I will give the dog a range of different experiences on the walk, ideally different smells, people, traffic and park. If it likes to play ballie throw a ball, or if it likes to carry a dog toy around with it.
