Pet care experience
Both my Puggle and my Chi want some new friends (under 59 pounds please!) Reside in Downtown Pocomoke City MD which is very convenient, right off 13 and 113. My main love in life is animals!! Buddy my Puggle is 10 years old, my well-behaved trained cat. Ziggy my Chi-whip is 4 years old and a bundle of energy. Note: Dogs I can care for 24/7. I do not do drop-ins for dogs. I can however drop in and feed your cat for one week or less. We want to assist other Pet lovers travel or take the day to socialize, shop or go to the beach. I am here so you can take a break, go to a beach, visit family, flying off for vacation, whatever the case, you can get away from it all. No worries I will take photos and I will be certain to provide lots of love and care. About this sitter: About me? Well, first and foremost i love pets and they seem to gravitate towards me as well. I'm a retired Real Estate Agent and an active author. I enjoy a calm environment and so do our pets. I will not sit dogs in a home with cameras inside or other devices to track my activities. I feel untrusted with that situation. Please be forthcoming with me. Also, I will not accept contractors coming into the home while I housesit. I will sit in your home alone, except for my Puggle so please do not ask me to let in people I’ve never met. Why I love dog sitting: I've been a dog (and cat) lover all my life, animals seem to gravitate towards me. I truly enjoy doing Rover and assisting others to go away without worry. Special needs pets are my specialty. Meet my pets My Pug, Effie is a lovable and a funny Pug. She loves to greet all the newcomers! We have one indoor/outdoor cat, named Mr. Misty aka Stinky. When the weather is nice I like take all the dogs out for walks, once to twice daily. If the weather doesn't cooperate we like to let them out in the yard frequently during the day. My experience administering medication: I can give insulin shots, my Pug gets then twice daily. If you doggie needs pills I'm really good at hiding the pill beneath a treat, if that will work with you it will work with me. I am always home and ready to take care of your pets. When I house sit - in your home, I need to bring my Pug. She is housebroken but Diabetic and needs insulin shots daily. She is always by my side. Notice that Rover's rates are by the night. I arrive approximately 1:00PM and leave at Noon the following day. So if you want me to come earlier than 1:00PM or stay past noon the next day there will be extra time charges. I've been trusted for over 10 years with other peoples fur babies, so if you do cameras or other recordings, inside the home, I am not the person for you. I always do my best to follow your rules for not only your pet but your home as well.

Susan was sent from heaven for us. Her location was convenient for our trip from Ocean Pines to Cocoa Beach, added to our travel experience. Left my Beanie with Mrs. Susan for a week while on vacation. She really helped me feel comfortable leaving her. She sent pictures and reassured me everyday with texts letting me that Beanie was having fun and doing well. I've already told Mrs. Susan I will be using her again.

All information concerning a dogs care is important. Just can't handle any large dogs because I'm small in frame. Small to Medium size are good, under 45 pounds.
A typical day
If I sit a dog (small (under 45 pounds) in my home I’m usually there all day! Unless I have an appt with a doctor or an emergency. Your dog is treated like my own! Where do you want your dog to sleep? If allowed on our my bed or the bed in your quarters. Which ever service you choose. Time I'll spend with your dog I work from home so unless we are going to an appointment or the store, I am always home to watch them.
