Pet care experience
Several years of fostering and caring for dogs, including senior dogs and some special needs. I am able to take up to three dogs at a time if they are from the same family. My home is bright and sunny and perfect for “solar-powered” dogs, and also for those who like a quiet, relaxed environment. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and have plenty of blankets for burrowing and snoozing. Your dog will have run of the common areas of the house unless you request they be crated. I can administer medications and carry your dog up and downstairs if necessary. I do request that your dog be housetrained/puppy pad trained. They will get to go out several times a day and get to go for walks in the park across the street when the weather's nice. You may receive photos of your dog's stay if you like.

Calming, wonderful doggie sitter with all the right things your pup needs to have a relaxing time while you are away. One doesn’t need to have a heart attack over their pooch AND teens..(that’s why we have Rover and amazing doggie sisters like THIS amazing caregiver!!)????
Susan did an amazing job. Our puppy can be a little bit of a handful, also it being the first time we were away from her. You could say we were a little bit nervous. But Susan sent us photos and gave us updates throughout the week. Giving us that reassurance she was in good hands. It really felt like a relative was watching her. I’d recommend her for anyone’s dog-child if she took this much care of our Leia-bean.

The fenced yard is small-dog proofed, and they will never be left unsupervised. If you prefer they be tethered anyway (if they're climbers or jumpers), I have a secure stake for that as well. For dogs afraid of fireworks or thunder, I have a quiet doggie den space that is nearly soundproof where they can feel safe. I never go to dog parks, and generally avoid meetings with other dogs, just to be on the safe side.
