I moved back to NY after spending time in Michigan helping take care of my granddaughter. It was wonderful to be with her and I also did some homeboarding for Michigan dogs. I am happy to be back in the city and I hope to meet some new pups. About this sitter: I am retired from the airline industry and I have my days free. Pets get lots of walks and attention. I take care of one dog at a time; never two or three. That means the family pet has my total focus. I always do a meet and greet before a first overnight. Dogs are so smart. If they visit prior to the overnight they will remember me and my home and feel more comfortable when they visit again. Why I love dog sitting There is nothing better than spending time with animals. When I am with a dog it is pure joy for me. I seem to have a special gift in being able to sense what works for each individual dog. My experience administering medication I am comfortable with giving oral medication and I have experience with giving injections.

Susan took wonderful care of our dog Zola. We felt so comfortable leaving Zola in her care. Susan communicated well with us, was amenable and understanding when we had car trouble, and sent us daily photos. Most of all, Zola loves Susan and was so happy with her throughout the stay! Zola will definitely have more stays with Susan in the future!
Susan took care of our dog for a week while we were traveling. Can’t overstate what a wonderful caregiver she is. Very thoughtful and really makes sure to get to know your dog so they have the best experience possible Our dog tends to have separation anxiety but he couldn’t have looked happier in the pictures we received. Highly recommend.
Susan was fantastic! My dog can be a bit anxious in new surroundings, but he felt completely happy and comfortable under Susan's care. She provided updates and photos that made me feel at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
This is a long overdue review because Susan was so wonderful with Tara Goat. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better person to care for TG. Susan was warm and caring and immediately put both Tara Goat and me at ease. <3 Comfort: - Allowed for an in-person meet and greet - Allowed TG and I into her home to get familiar - I was a first time user of a service like this, so Susan was really great to walk me through the process. - Susan has calm, healing energy that would make anyone ( dog or human ) feel comfortable. Communication: - Quick response time - Clear communication - Open and transparent - Listened to all my concerns and TG's health needs - Helpful feedback and observations to improve TG's failing hips and feeding schedule During her stay: - Susan walked TG as much as she needed - TG was able to make other doggie friends - While I was traveling I got daily text and email updates from Susan

If it is on the bed, I am fine with that. If the dog has his or her own bed we will put that in a comfortable place. Time I'll spend with your dog Lots. I am retired from a full time career and my days are my own.
