Susan was a great sitter and we will recommend her to anyone looking! This was our first time using Rover we were admittedly nervous leaving our dog with someone we did not know. Susan made sure to send us updates with pictures, let us know how our dog was feeling, and was also very receptive about special accommodations. We will definitely book through her again when possible.

Susan was a great rover sitter! She was very accommodating for drop off times and pickup times. When my flight got cancelled, she was easy to coordinate with for an early pickup time for Milo. Even though my trip did not go as expected, she gave frequent updates, was very responsive, and easily handled Milo's shenanigans. Would book again.
