Susan, Ella and the whole family are a blessing to us! Such a wonderful, caring environment for our pup, and the gift of peace of mind for our family! Thank you Susan! Ella is definitely Kismet's best friend :) :) :) There truly is no one better. Feeling grateful over here.

Ludovic and Illyana had an excellent overnight stay and play date with Susan. Our pups were made welcome and seemed right at home indoors and out, with LOTS of playtime with other dogs.
We were so happy with frequent updates. Our dogs came home happy and tired, and in the evening both were dreaming of the friends they made!

Big Yard in Brighton

After years of watching dogs for friends and family, I decided to make a career out of it. I’m a full time Mom with lots of time to devote to your dog.

We have one dog in the family. We adopted Ella in January 2016 from a former client. Ella had a hard time adjusting to her new home in NYC. Knowing that Ella loves being in our home and that we love having ...

What Susan would like to know about your dog

Some notes about my policies, services, and rates:

All dogs must be vaccinated (please be prepared to show proof of vaccination), house-broken, and good with children. I have an 9-year old that is very calm, capable, and loves to help out.

I cannot accept any dog that is known to be aggressive or experience a high level of anxiety around other dogs. It wouldn’t be a good time for anyone.

If your dog has never stayed with us before, and your requested stay duration is five days or more, I require an overnight trial. This helps to ensure that our home is truly a good fit for your pet. Often separation and social anxiety will not surface until bed time. We have found that a trial stay provides a good transition for everyone involved, including your dog!

If pick-up time is greater than five hours beyond the time of drop-off, a half day charge will be assessed. Please include preferred pick-up and drop-off times at the time of request to ensure accurate pricing.

If your dog is crate-trained, I have one on-site, or you can bring your own.

Please send me a note with any questions.
