Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets (fish & parakeets to horses) since I can remember. There were a few years in college and when I had a job that required lots of travel when I didn’t have a dog. However, my pets are my “kids” & are treated as a family-member. I love providing a safe place for pets while their human(s) are away.

Susan is such a great sitter, with lots of experience & lot of love to give! She goes the extra mile to send pictures, take my dog for walks, & give lots of tummy scratches. I was able to enjoy my plans without worrying about my dog at all since I knew he was in such great hands.
Susan is prompt, responsible, great at communicating , and treats our boy like her own. I have never had a pet sitter I trusted completely with our home and our beloved Wiener dog! She is wonderful!!

I do not have a fenced yard but am happy to care for your pet in their home if they prefer being outside & running around a familiar yard; otherwise, I can provide walks on the schedule your pet prefers. Pets are allowed on the furniture & are definitely welcome to sleep on my bed! If car rides are part of their routine, I’m happy to oblige.

Usual routine; prefer crate? where do they sleep? Food aggression? Any special needs - I am a nurse whose dog req oral pills & used an inhaler so am comfortable with just about any special needs.
A typical day
We’ll play with toys, get belly rubs, practice tricks & commands, go for walks & chase squirrels & rabbits; we can go to a favorite dog park, walk down to the river & enjoy all the smells of wildlife!

Availability
Since I’m retired, I am at home most of the day except for a morning walk; your dog can join me or they can lounge around the house while I exercise;) I can provide potty breaks q 1-2 hrs.
