Pet care experience
I will be prompt, respectful, professional, and loving towards your pets and home. Over 35 years , I have had many pets(dogs, cats, birds, fish, and more). Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and take care of their pets while away. You write a list of the needs of your pet and I will follow it. I will take the time to get to know your pet and have patience . It brings me joy to care for pets. Man’s best friend!

I will always take great care of your pet and send you videos. If I take your pet outside they will be on a leash unless you have a fenced in yard. If your pet remains inside I will enter and exit carefully so your pet does not go outside. Safety is a top priority in my own house with my pets so I know what to look for (ex: trash bins, open cabinets, etc). If anything is questionable I will contact you immediately.

It’s important for me to know what type of personality traits you’ve noticed with your pet. Is your pet sociable with other pets? Has your puppy or dog ever nipped or bitten anyone? Are there any problems with the neighbors that affect your pet? What types of toys does your dog like to play with? Are there special treats you offer your dog? How many times a day does your dog eat and what time? How often does your dog go out for a walk?
A typical day
I will offer to play fetch with your dog and play with cat toys for your cat. I will walk 3 miles with your dog if he/she is up for it. I enjoy trail walking.

I am currently retired and have an open schedule. I volunteer during the week but with a few days notice I am available to start pet sitting.
