I’ve cared for dogs, cats, tropical birds, ferrets, hamsters, chinchillas, chickens, reptiles, insects and horses for over 24 years. “There’s no place like home” and our babies deserve a cozy place to call home when you’re away. Being retired I have lots of time available for your babies. I’m available for dog walks around the neighborhood or a trip to your local dog park. I also provide daily visits if you prefer your pets stay at your home. My dogs can also come to your house to play with your dog in your yard. And I have many years of experience with tropical birds for you bird lovers I have a big fenced back yard for outdoor play and my home is pet friendly with full access to the furniture. My 3 friendly, well socialized dogs will play with and comfort your fur babies while staying in my home. I can also crate your pup for a nap or overnight if that’s what they’re used to.

Information Susan I. would like to know about your pet
We will meet so I can learn about you and your pets. This meeting is free. We will get to know each other and see if it’s a good fit for both of us. For this meeting I will need your pets information such as Name, age, gender, breed, health condition and Veterinarian info. I will need to know what you feed your pet and if any medications need to be given. I will require the name and contact info for a responsible person, who can make decisions for you, if I’m unable to contact you in case of an emergency.
A typical day
A typical day will start with me visiting your pets at your home to let them out to play while I get their breakfast ready and freshen their water. If your pet wants to play with my dogs I can bring them along for a play date. If your dog wants a walk I can take them around the neighborhood or take them to the park on leash or the off leash dog park. I’ve been doing this for 24 years so I know quite a few parks to play. Then I’m off to visit my cat clients and any and all manner of fins, scales, feathers and fur. Then it’s back to my dog friends for their dinner and play before bed time. I also provide my home for a few pets that prefer stay with me.
