Pet care experience
We have had dogs in our home for thirty five years. Both of our daughters have dogs and at Thanksgiving we have five dogs and six people !! Nothing better than cuddling !! Not adversed to giving medication or special diets . We totally enjoy interaction with dogs and their owners. Love going to dog parks and meeting new dogs. We will totally be devoted to taking care of your four legged loved ones . Please keep us in mind ? Why I love dog sitting I think I have been a dog lover since I was a little girl . We had dachshunds growing up . Our first dog was Daisy , 35 years ago , we found her on Christmas Eve. Someone had let her out to fend for herself , we rescued her. She was with us for 15 years. Since then we have always had 2 dogs. Meet my pets Our home is pet friendly! It is a ranch style, with only two steps down to the backyard. About my yard My backyard is about 1/8 of an acre. Completely fenced in . Lots of room to run and play . My experience administering medication I have no trouble giving medication. My older dog , Daphne, has been given meds for nine years. We give them to her 5 times a day. Oral medication is no problem at all.

Susan and her husband Jerry were fabulous - I highly recommend them! Oscar was obviously extremely at home with them and made good friends with their youngest dog. Their house is very inviting for dogs - comfy places to sleep and hang out - and their fenced yard is great. We will definitely ask them to watch Oscar again.
I have struggled with finding a good boarding arrangement for my Fergie. A friend told me about Rover.com. Upon meeting Susan and her husband, Jerry, I immediately felt comfortable and pleased. It is easily apparent that they love dogs and are very welcoming and sensitive. Fergie had a wonderful time in their care. She was well cared for with a great deal of TLC. Susan sent updates during the stay. This allowed my husband and me to enjoy our vacation and not worry about Fergie. Fergie also enjoyed a great vacation playing with Susan's two wonderful dogs! Susan is wonderful with dogs. I felt very comfortable leaving Zeke with her and her husband. Knowing they were taking care of him, we were able to be away without any added stress. Thanks for everything.

Of course I would want to know anything that would make the dogs stay more comfortable. I probably would go to any length to see my charges happy and content. I really don't have any breed presences.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I would probably take dogs for walks around my neighborhood. we have two really nice circles to walk around. Your dog's sleeping arrangement I have two extra bedrooms and lots of dog pillows. I prefer crate trained dogs. Time I'll spend with your dog I have just recently retired. Therefore I am home the majority of the day . Whatever the owner would require of me , is fine.
