Pet care experience
I’ve owned dogs and cats of all ages and sizes in addition to rescuing injured race horses that would otherwise have been put down. Because in retirement I travel from time to time, I now choose pet sitting to satisfy my need for pets in my life.

Susan was amazing! My energetic golden doodle loved her big and spacious gated yard to run and play in. Susan sent many updates and lovely photos to keep us in the loop. Would 100% recommend bringing your pups here for a vacay!
Susan is the best!! My dogs absolutely love her. She made our pups feel at home. She provided a safe clean home environment to hang out and play inside. And a secure large yard to play and run around outside. She sent us photos of our pups and let us know how they were doing during our vacation. You can’t do better than Susan. She feels like family now. She’s the best!
Susan is EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend! She took care of my puppy (12 weeks) and my cat (1 yr) for a week. I received frequent updates and pics on how they were doing. Very easy communication and very flexible. When i returned both my fur babies were so happy!! I could tell they had been lovingly taken care of. Susan is retired and spends all day with the pets. They received so much love and attention. Will definitely use her services again :)
Susan was great to communicate with. She was supper flexible and responsive! She has a beautiful property with lots of land for Harley to run around. I highly recommend her and will definitely board Harley with her again.

I’d appreciate knowing if your pet has special needs I should be aware of pertaining to exercise, diet and general health. Is your dog friendly, fear aggressive, have a history of jumping or biting etc.
A typical day
I am happy to play with dogs to stimulate them mentally and help them burn off energy. Having said this I prefer to do so on my fenced, gated, three acre property rather than walking them outside my property. I live on Napa Road, a very busy thoroughfare and find it safer for pets to be entertained on my property. There is a lot of room for running, jumping and playing.

I’m retired now so pet care is easy to fit into my routine. My home in Sonoma is situated on three acres of fenced and gated yard. Animals love to run and play here!! Since I don’t have pets myself my home is perfect for them to be indoors too.
