Pet care experience
Before becoming a critical care RN, I worked in a vet's office for three years. I've also been the medical leader for one of the largest rescues in CT for the past 5+ years. We have fostered over 150 rescue dogs aged 0 days (born in our home!) to over 14 years old. Am well equipped to handle medication administration or other personalized care your pup would require. We are capable and qualified to provide your pup a happy stay, and will be treated like a loving member of our family while you are away!

Bubbles had a blast at Sue and Eric's home! Plenty of space for my pup to run around and play with their pups! He is high energy so he loved this. Thanks so much for caring for my doggie like he was your own! Photos and videos were appreciated and made us feel at ease while we were gone!
We would give Susan and Eric 10 stars if we could. They were the BEST dog sitters that we ever had by a mile. We looked forward to our daily updates with pictures and videos. We felt totally comfortable leaving our senior dog with them. She came home very happy and hope that they will agree to take Sophie again in the future.

Our fenced yard is over half an acre, and we have two playful puppies under a year old who are happy to welcome in another friendly playmate. We can also offer additional exercise per your request of 1-6 mile daily walks, hikes, and runs, weather permitting.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behavior quirks that would help us make his or her stay as stress free as possible. Energy needs and training level are best discussed beforehand. Dogs MUST be dog friendly and people friendly (men and women), and fully vaccinated.
A typical day
We love to play fetch in the yard, and go for walks/hikes/runs. We have a large trail system within minutes drive with a wide variety of difficulty and distance and exercise is tailored to your pup.

Availability
While I work full time in a hospital, my husband works from home and will be with your pup all day! We spend our evenings with the dogs either hiking or hanging in our backyard.
