Pet care experience
I grew up around cats, dogs, goats, chickens and even a donkey. I learned from my dad a sweet, caring, affection for them. When I moved out at 20, I rescued my first kitty Shilee. As soon as my husband and I bought our first home, (2012) we rescued our Cat, Bagheera, and a dog, Molly. Over the years we have brought in others and sadly said goodbye to some too soon. We are fortunate to still have Bagheera (14), Maxie (6), and Annie (1). I have dog-sat regularly for friends and family over the years and really just enjoy the life and energy dogs bring into our home.
Reviews
We travel a lot at least a week at a time and Susan and Darin watch our miniature schnauzer each time going on two years. They take very good care of our dog, their children are very respectful to animals and are a very nice family. I bring my kennel for my dog to sleep in st night and her dog food that I choose to feed her, a few of her favorite toys and treats. They are my go to for dog sitting.
Susan and her family watched out 5 year old lab (Mocha) for a week this spring. They did a great job making her feel at home. Mocha seemed very at ease there. Susan sent us updates & pictures throughout the week and that was super nice.
Susan has taken care of my dog Jack for years. She loved him and her dog Maxi was one of Jack's best friends! Susan is extremely organized and easy to work with, has a big yard and her kids LOVE animals! Book her if you can, you won't regret it!
Susan has dog sat for me a couple of times. Susan is great with dogs and I feel completely comfortable leaving my little frenchie with her anytime. He absolutely loves her! He also gets along great with her dogs and they have an awesome yard for them to play together in. I highly recommend Susan for dog sitting!

We have cameras out front as well as by our back gates to help keep an eye on those entrance/exit areas. A typical day
We are a pretty low-key family that enjoys being at home. Our dogs love to come in to spread out and nap and then back out to run around and play. We take time daily to stimulate them physically and mentally, check out new smells in the neighborhood during walks and explore the large park only a block from our home while on leash.

Availability
I am a stay at home wife and mom so my schedule keeps me at home or running short errands in town. Luckily, I'm a homebody so this works well for me and our animals. At most, we try to kennel our pups no longer than 4 hours if we have plans outside of the home. We do prefer to kennel at night for bed. My children are 11, 9, and 4. We live 1 block from a nice park that we like to walk to often. Your pups will get plenty of love, attention and exercise!
