Pet care experience
My favorite part about pup-sitting is thinking of fun new things to share with my four-legged friend while we’re together! A walk along Lake Washington, a hike on the trails in Seward Park, strolling through the Kubota Gardens, or just enjoying a lazy day on the sofa, cuddling & watching my favorite dog movies :) I have a nice backyard oasis perfect for pups to explore, and plenty of room on the patio for naps in the sun. I also don’t mind the rain if your doggy needs a walk or a jog on a typical drizzly Seattle day. If your pup likes the dog park, I’d love check out your favorite spot, or visit the ones in my neighborhood. I have experience with large and small breeds, and younger pups as well as seniors. Can’t wait to meet you both! :)

Susan did a good job with our pup. Typically she has separation anxiety in the beginning. By the time we can back out puppy was happy and sad to leave Susan’s house. We would defiantly recommend!
Susan gave so much love and attention to my senior dog. He had such a great time enjoying outdoors, going on walks, and playing fetch. Susan provided tons of updates and I could tell my dog was in heaven!! I would highly recommend Susan for future use!

I prefer to sit for doggies who generally get along with other dogs in the house, since my Sweetie often hangs out w/me on the weekend and brings his little 13-year-old Australian Terrier, Manny. Manny defers to the dogs in the room and just wants to get along with everyone. He loves people and can be a little playful w/other dogs, but since he’s kind of a grandpa-dog now, he mostly likes to sit back & supervise, chew on a bone, or nap. He does love walks & hikes with other dogs, or sniffing around the yard together. We can always arrange a meet & greet to include Manny if your pup is unsure of other dogs at first:)
A typical day
I can adapt to your dog’s needs and preferences, but I love to take them out for walks, hikes, or jogs and let them discover things in the neighborhood or on a trail. I’m always happy to spend some time cuddling on the couch while I read or watch a movie (especially movies with dogs!!). The yard & patio are fully fenced so it’s really fun for pups to sniff around and explore, play fetch, or just chill out and be lazy in the sun together ?
