Pet care experience
I have had dogs, cats, and horses for most of my life. Currently I have an Italian Greyhound, a Schnauzer mix, and a chihuahua as well as a cat. I do show my dogs on some weekends. Drop-in visit experienced. Lots of dog training and showing experience. Love kitties too, I have one. Will play with and give affection to your pet as if it were my own! Can also give medication and accommodate seniors. I have cared for several hospice dogs. Dog-walking: Love to walk with dogs! Prefer them to be leash trained and have an appropriate leash. For your pet's safety, I prefer a 6 foot lead and a collar. I always pick up poop! If your dog hates inclement weather, I am flexible to stay in and play instead. Boarding- selective for small to medium dogs that are non-dominant. Must get along with my pack of 3. Can give medications and complicated feeding for seniors or ill pets. Have references from veterinarian, dog trainer, and client.

I've known Susan A. almost 14 years. We met at dog agility classes. Any dog left in Susan's care would be well taken care of. I would not worry about my dog if she was in Susan's care. Susan has a medical background which I feel is an asset in dealing with senior dogs and dogs with medical issues who may require medication administration. Susan adapts her home to accommodate issues her dogs may have such as providing steps to avoid jumping on and off furniture and dog beds throughout her house. She has a fenced in area outside for her dogs to use as needed. Susan is very reliable and trustworthy - I would gladly give her a key to access my house if my dog needed to go out during the day. Susan would be an asset to your organization and would take utmost care of her clients.
