Pet care experience
Though most of my pet experience is derived from personal pet care with my pets since I was 7, I’ve also been entrusted to take care of my neighbors’ and friends’ pets when they’re out of town or on vacation. I have extensive experience playing and walking and house-sitting their pets while they’re gone and I have also been attempting to find new pets to sit on Facebook and other social media accounts because I love it so much!

Sun stayed in our home to watch our 2 dogs and she did an amazing job! She treated my dogs as if they were her own and was respectful of our home. She sent me daily pictures and asked questions to ensure she was doing things right. I would highly recommend Sun and plan on using her again.

My pets have their own dog beds in my parents’ home, and I let them out early in the morning and late at night into their fenced backyard. I also take them out on walks near noon and afternoon, ie. 10-11am and 3-4pm when I’m visiting. I don’t really use a crate unless I’m going out and no one else will be in the house, but I have no problem doing that to your pets - especially those that are new to training or are puppies. I used to use crates in the past, but now both my dogs are relatively old and house-trained so they spend most of their time in their beds.

If they need certain medication, if they have certain behavioral issues, and if they are house trained. In addition, whether they need special care because they’re disabled or old.
A typical day
I would love to explore the city or take them to a dog park nearby so they can socialize with other dogs if the owners are comfortable with that! If not, I’d love to just play frisbee, ball, or tug of war with them.

Availability
I’m working remotely and my schedule is based on the projects I complete, so I don’t have fixed hours. In other words, I should be most free at around 8am-12pm and 3pm-7pm on the weekdays. My weekend schedule varies, but I should be free in the afternoon as well, ie. from 2pm and any time after that.
