Pet care experience
Hello! I am a mother of five (three kids (5yrs. 3yrs and 1yr.) and two fur babies). I have gone from working with dogs in a professional environment to staying at home with my beautiful children while my husband works. I have owned dogs my entire life, homed rescue dogs as a foster (I am currently a foster and may have a foster dog in my home at times), and worked with dogs of all sizes, cats and small animals at an animal shelter. Your dog will be allowed to roam free in the downstairs of our home. The back door opens to our fenced in yard for potty breaks and additional play. I have experience giving animals oral medication and lots of love. I believe that just as we do, all animals need daily physical and mental stimulation. My personal dogs enjoy walks, jogs, games of fetch, searching for hidden treats, chew treats and much more. Your dog will be included in all the fun! The first thing I do in the mornings is let the dogs out to potty/play and then feed everyone breakfast. In the afternoon is usually when I jog with my pups if it isn't too hot. When it's hot we sometimes head to the trail behind our home to run since they are shaded and have water crossings (if this doesn't work out we play in the yard with toys and play extra fetch). After cooling down I like to do a treat (lick mats, frozen treats, rawhides...) Then in the evening everyone is fed dinner.

I am home the majority of the day. When I do leave it is rarely longer than a three hour stretch. My kids like to explore new parks in the area and I happily take a dog or two on our adventures. I also enjoy a daily jog. If it's not too hot I love taking my dogs with me. If your dog is able, let me know and they can join us for a portion of the run!
