I will say first that Brandon was very nice. This must have been "Summer's" boyfriend. Never met or saw Summer when dropping off or picking up our pet so feel that they should have indicated that on the Rover profile. Also, address was incorrect on Rover. I had to call Brandon for directions. He gave me the name of the apartment complex...but that was incorrect. I literally spent 50 min (3 different apartment complexes) trying to find this place. Lastly, most Rover sitters indicated how many dogs would be there. There were 3 other dogs there when we dropped our dog off. That was a surprise. Our dog is still a puppy so we were uneasy that he would get enough attention to maintain all the work we had put into house training him. Brandon sent a picture of our dog along with an update. We appreciated that. When we picked him up, 2 of the dogs peed on the floor but Brandon had to leave so didn't have time to clean up after them. Wouldn't use again.

Boomer seemed to have a great time with Summer and her dogs. She kept me updated regularly with pics and videos.
