I have experience with dogs but the most recent is with my own Husky Malamute mix, which I'm sure you can imagine is a very high energy dog (well at least my pup is) I would go for runs with him, I would take him on long walks, my dog loved to play tag and just run around so I definitely have the stamina to run around with your dog. Im available on the weekends mainly and usually at the brink of dawn on the weekdays and weekday evenings (after 6pm). I'm super friendly, responsible and very easy going, I adapt to different situations very easily. As I mentioned before I do have a flexible schedule and am able to accommodate to your needs (usually).
