Pet care experience
For as long as I can remember, I have LOVED ANIMALS! Throughout my life I have cared for and/or raised dogs, cats, horses, birds, potbelly pigs, lizards, hamsters, guinea pigs, a rabbit, a chinchilla, fish and turtles (sometimes one at a time and sometimes I've had up to 6 dogs, 2 cats and 2 birds living in my house simultaneously). I strive to learn how each one tries to communicate its needs and feelings so they will trust me. I am quiet, gentle, patient and relaxed with all pets. Currently, there are 2 cats, 1 labradoodle and 1 cockatiel living in my house. I have cared for or lived with dogs that weigh from 5 lbs up to 100 lbs. I've cared for totally blind and/or deaf dogs and cats. I can feed horses, clean their stalls and exercise them on a lunge line if needed.

Availability
I'm semi-retired so I have plenty of time to care for your pets. If you need me to stay overnight(s), I will make one trip home during the day to visit MY pets. I charge 35 cents per mile when traveling between my house and yours to help me pay for gas.
