Pet care experience
While my family didn’t always have a pet at home, my friends always did, and I have quickly evolved to be the godparent to many of their children. From walking my friend’s high energy dogs twice a day for a year, to overnight-sitting five dogs at once for a week, to teaching the dog I was sitting to swim for the first time, I’ve truly done it all. Want me to take your dog to the beach and wash them down after? ✔️Want me to run 5 miles with Rover every Saturday? ✔️ Want a normal easy walk with your anxious pup? ✔️ Review from my friend after cat-sitting at her house for a week: “It didn’t even look like you were there.” (good)

Sue endured the puppy teeth and poop of a 12 week old goldendoodle! Gracie sat at the front door when she left, already missing her.
Sue was great! Kept me updated regularly and took care of my rotten pug super well. She even walked him to Petsmart to look for a new toy after he destroyed a stuffed hedgehog.
Sue was our house sitter for the weekend and having her around made my weekend trip so much more relaxing. I received multiple updates and pictures of my pets throughout the day and communicating with Sue was incredibly easy. My puppy was having some tummy troubles and Sue was great at making sure Leela was doing great the entire time I was away. Would definitely recommend Sue to others.

I will not deviate from given instructions—I’ll make sure the bathroom door is closed, the muzzle is on for walks, that we cross the street if another dog is coming, or that Rover is in the crate when I leave. Just let me know the drill and in return I will do my best to make sure your pet is well-photographed, hydrated, and feeling safe :)

Please let me know if your dog has any needs/behaviors like fear, aggression, or otherwise regarding other dogs. My preference for dogs with these needs are that they are smaller or medium sized.
A typical day
We can walk to dog park, the normal park, or the beach and back on longer walks if you don’t have a preferred route. If you have any toys your dog loves to play with or a space they like to play in, then let me know!

Availability
I work from home and can take daily, recurring walks on weekdays in Andersonville, Uptown, and nearby. Open for walking or dog-sitting at your home in further neighborhoods on weekends, and open to last minute requests if I have the availability.
