I was diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder 25 years ago. I cannot even tell you how much animals have helped me. They make you smile and keep you busy. I raised 2 English mastiffs as well as a few other animals. I love to babysit friends and families pets. I would have a household if I could. Right now I just have a cat. I enjoy walking them. I can keep them overnight. Or during the day. 2 at a time I think will b enough. I want to make sure they both get attention.
