I have owned & loved dogs my entire life. My Dad raised & showed bassets for over 40 yrs. I was his dog sitter whenever Dad was away. Bassets were my first love! Since then I have owned a variety of pets. An english mastiff (Stormy 7 1/2 yrs), a chocolate lab (Cookie 11 yrs) & also cared for my sister's dogs for 3 yrs while she was house hunting. A shepard mix (Red), one of the smartest & funniest dogs I have ever known! Also a miniature black poodle (Bubba,), best guard dog ever! Many cats also with & in between my dogs. I also owned an albino cockatiel bird for 18 1/2 years, (Dutch). Currently I have a cat (Twinkie). I sure miss having dogs full time. I work in a doggy day care currently but am looking to make a change to personal pet care. And I'd love to do that for you!
