Sucel was amazing with our dog and a great people person. We will be sure to leave our dog again with her when we travel:D

At first, everything was great. Sucel sent me several photos and videos of my dog. Even though I had told her that my dog shouldn't be walked without a leash, she sent me a few photos of her doing just that. Then she started sending me repeated photos, passing them off as new. I couldn't go and pick my dog up but sent my best friend and was told that she moved to a different address than the one I went initially, and that she had to move because my 7 lb yorkie 'peed too much'. When giving back all my dog's stuff, she said that the 3 items of clothing we left so our dog wouldn't miss us, were peed on (?) and she 'threw them away'. So she essentially threw away both mine and my husband's clothing without letting me know. I felt betrayed that she moved to a place I didn't know, didn't inform me, threw away clothing and sent old pictures passing them off as new. I won't rebook.
