Su went above and beyond with my sweet skittish cat. She kept in constant contact with me about his status until we decided he had to go the vet. She coordinated drop off/pick up with vet and gave him meds as directed. He’s now a happy kitty and can’t wait to see Su again next time I’m out. I highly recommend Su, your pet will be in GREAT hands!!

We’re so glad Su was available to take care of Barron. When she met Barron the first time it was clear to us that he would be in good hands. She addressed him calmly and directly and seemed to genuinely enjoy meeting him. She also listened carefully and asked thoughtful questions about all the details of his care and feeding. While we were away, Su was responsive and thoughtful, sending multiple updates (with pics!) per day. Su followed Barron’s feeding instructions and walk schedule to a tee and obviously enjoyed spending time with him which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Su–she’s caring, responsible, and experienced–and hope she’ll be available the next time we travel.
