We had the pleasure of having Su take care of our beloved Dubi while we were away, and we couldn't be happier with her service. Su is a true professional, and her love for animals is evident in the care she provides. She was attentive to Dubi's needs, making sure he was well-fed, hydrated, and comfortable. We received regular updates and pictures, which made us feel connected to our furry friend even while we were away. Su was a horrible puppy sitter. I am a first responder for the state & needed to work an emergency for the pandemic and left my 7 month old puppy with her after she reassured me he would be in good hands. I deployed and was out of town for work when my poor puppy got sick and started vomiting and having diarrhea. Su lives with her bf John who made me feel like I should “train him “ to not eat things when really it was their lack of watching out for him and they were not attentive to his needs. They made me feel like my dog was a burden to them because he had diarrhea and did not want to “ruin their carpet”. Don’t say you can puppysit when you are instead leaving a dog alone and expect him to be “perfect”. Puppies destroy things and eat everything and need to be redirected. Most importantly they need love and to be cared for when they are sick. This couple did not seem to understand what the job entailed and I had to call a good friend to go rescue him. My dog is my baby and I would never leave him with someone like that again. Do not recommend, I suggest you leave your dog with someone older and more experienced who won’t abandon your dog and won’t charge you cancellation fees because a sick dog is an “inconvenience” to them.
