I am a lifelong dog owner and animal lover, having responsibly and independently cared for pets my entire adult life. Originally from Australia, I can provide a safe and loving space for dogs of all ages, especially seniors, and nervous or timid behaviours.

Storm is lovely and put me at ease straight away, she sent me regular updates and photos of how my dog was doing and she spent time playing and walking him. I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again if we need a dog sitter and I know that my dog would be happy to stay with his Auntie Storm.

Your dog will be the only pet in my home, which is a secure and safe apartment within a locked complex. I live alone and without children, and a three minute walk away from a large park – should your dog need toilet breaks and/or a walk.

It will be good to know a pattern of behaviour with strangers, other animals, toilet, sleep and activity routines. I have a lot of experience with small and medium-sized senior dogs, including administering medication and catering for special needs.
A typical day
A typical day will depend on the age and needs of your dog. Although I'll be working, we will be hanging out in the same room, and as closely or with space as your dog prefers. For breaks we can go to the park, and walk and play as they would normally do in your own routine.

I work from home, where I can be available 24/7 for pet care and sitting. I will always schedule my time around your dog’s needs, and will not leave them alone or without reassurance, attention, and comfort.
