I have owned and operated a dog park for 3 years, and am therefore very comfortable with all types, sizes, and temperaments of pups. In my backyard, there are two fenced-in areas (one for large dogs, one for small dogs) that can be used for meet and greets, playtime during their stay, etc. I have watched dogs for years and would love to welcome yours into my home! Please note that if your dog doesn't do well with other pups, this stay will not be a good fit for you, as there are always dogs here (at least my two springers). If your pup could use some practice socializing, but they are well-behaved and willing, I am happy to work with your dogs to better do so!

Hi, I'm Steve! I have two springer spaniels, brothers from the same litter, that are my whole heart. They are gentle and loving with other dogs. I live on a converted farm, with a large fenced-in pasture. No kids or cats are in home. As I am retired, I am available to your pets around the clock for their needs. I am comfortable cooking farm to table for your pups, as well as running them in my own personal dog park as many times per day as specified. Dogs are welcome on all furniture, and most especially in bed for cuddles. While I am not a professional groomer, I will bathe your pets upon request. I have a room in my home, open to the living room, that is dedicated for your pet with a variety of pet beds for them to choose from. I am comfortable giving meds as needed, and am within 5 miles of several vet clinics in the case of emergency. All size and age of dogs are welcome so long as they are spayed or neutered and vaccinated. I will be sure to send daily photos or videos of your pet so that you feel secure and know they are well-loved!

Please let me know if your dog requires any special needs ahead of time, such as dietary restrictions, their favorite treats and desired level of activity, if they prefer to sleep on a bed/in a crate/etc. and anything else that they might need to have the perfect stay!
A typical day
We will play outside several times per day in my own private dog park in my backyard on my converted farm, with separate fenced-in areas for small and large dogs. There are obstacle courses in the park for them to enjoy, including a tree stump jumping pad, large tunnel, and more. I frequently run my four-wheeler outside the fenced-in area in circles for the dogs to follow safely from inside the park to provide maximum stimulation for high energy dogs.

Availability
I am typically with my pups 24 hours per day, barring typical errands, as I am retired and stay home. The longest I am ever gone is 2 to 3 hours, one or two times per week. Dogs do not need to be crated in my absence, unless desired by owner.
