I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs for 20+ years. I grew up in a house full of animals. I’ve trained my own dogs successfully. I only use tried and true positive reinforcement techniques.

I've know Steve for over a decade and his passion for animals is truly outstanding. He grew up around all kinds of animals and is a wealth of knowledge on animal caretaking. He is one of the most kind and reliable people I know and is unique in that he treats every animal he meets like they are his own. I have a 4 year old aussie who is absolutely wild and seeing how he's showered her with so much love, attention, and patience, I can honestly say I would have nothing but the utmost confidence in him as a dog sitter. I would highly recommend him for care.
I don't just trust Steve with my life, I trust him with my DOGS' lives, which we all know requires a much higher standard of faith in a person. Over the years, I have entrusted Steve with my two huskies (a rather rambunctious duo) on multiple occasions and over extended periods of times. He has always been extremely patient, communicative, and thoughtful, making sure he understands our unique pups' needs and going the extra mile by bringing them special treats and toys (after the green light from us, of course). Seeing Steve rescue and train his own wonderful pound puppy has been a joy to witness, as she has grown into a fun, sweet, and very well-mannered little girl. It's very obvious how much time and attention he has put into training her and giving her the best life possible. We love Steve, and perhaps more importantly - we know Steve is a truly wonderful person, because our dogs love him. And that's the real litmus test.
Steven's caring nature and dedication to understanding a dog's needs are impressive. His patience and willingness to try different solutions (esp. when a particular approach isn't working) will definitely make you feel confident that your dog is in good hands. Definitely recommend Steven to anyone looking for a responsible and loving pet caregiver!

I’m available weekdays before 2 PM to walk your dog or drop in to visit your pet. I’m available weekends all day to spend plenty of time making sure that your pet gets taken care of.
