Chloe considers this her favorite vacation spot. The backyard is like a nature retreat for dogs - beautiful and big. Steven is very easy to communicate and coordinate with. He took great care of Chloe.

PROS- I was very appreciative about his willingness to work with me about drop off and pick up times. I was nervous as this was my first time using this service (she's a rescue and can get anxious when left overnight) and he reassured me at the beginning of the day that she'd have his full attention because he only had one other dog on the day. And She seemed very happy when I came to get her. CONS- I didn't get the updates as promised until I messaged him several hours later, then was all I received was one word "good". Also, didn't get the photos that I was advised that I would get throughout the day. The photos were sent after I picked her up. Steven also kept calling Maya a "he/him". And to be fair, she does lift her leg to pee, so I suppose that could be confusing.
