I'm a dog's best friend!
Pet care experience
As much as I'd love to have a dog of my own, I don't feel that I'd be able to provide a comfortable home or stable schedule with schoolwork and classes... A small apartment is not always ideal for a big dog. I have experience working and playing with many breeds and sizes of dogs and was once certified to teach Red Cross First Aid for Pets (now lapsed). Currently in PCC Fire Protection program.

I've known Steve for years and have entrusted my Rottweiler/Black Lab mix (Zoe) to his care on many occasions. He's always been punctual and enthusiastic and he clearly loves playing with dogs of all kinds. I recommended that he join Rover to find some more dogs to play with as I know he can't currently have one of his own.

I'd like to know about any dietary restrictions, medical conditions or any behavioral considerations that may apply... Other than that, I'm happy with just a name. Any favorite locations to visit or activities will help me care for your dog. As for breed preferences, I can't say there's any sort of dog I don't like. I particularly enjoy working with larger dogs and I've never met a Golden Retriever that I didn't instantly love.
A typical day
I'm happy to walk and explore wherever a dog wants to go but also have noted the locations of dog parks and other points of interest on my Google Maps application. I keep a steady supply of tennis balls and frisbees but in a pinch, a stick will do nicely for a game of fetch. Swimming, hiking and running are other great ways to satisfy an energetic dog.
