Steven seemed upbeat and happy to board chompers. Steven also took chompers for walks and sent me pictures and videos as well. That is where all the positive feedback ends. Chompers was supposed to take his allergy medication daily with peanut butter (which was discussed pre booking) chompers never got it and Steven said he couldn’t find it I’m the side of his backpack where I told him it would be. When I received chompers and saw his medicine in the little poop bag that I sent it in he replied I looked everywhere and did not see it. I asked why didn’t you text or call as we were in contact the whole time, I got silence. Chompers smelled of dog crap and had it matted all over his body, face and his crate was disgusting he smelled and looked so bad that we immediately went to take a bath. I had to buy a new leash, new brush and new collar because it had crap on it and it smelled so badly. His response was well you can leave me a review and cancel your next booking with me. I thanked him for at least keeping my baby alive and told him to expect a review and I will also cancel his previously scheduled booking. Chompers stayed with him for 7 days, maybe it was too long but I will never use him again and now I don’t trust leaving chompers to anyone. The only reason he is getting one star is because he did walk and take pics and communicated daily with pics and videos.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Boarding with Steven was an awesome experience! Great communication throughout my trip, I was very comfortable. Steven is very friendly and caring, I will definitely be boarding with you again.
