Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Steve. I am an RN, a chef, and a lover of dogs. I have been taking care of other peoples animals for over 20 years. Dogs have a secured and amazingly special place in my heart. I love to run, walk, and of course lounge around with my 1 YO golden retriever. My dog and I are looking to hang out, love and play with your dog when life calls YOU away from being with your best buddy!! I have a very dog friendly environment at my apartment to make your special buddy feel comfortable, safe and right at home. I am also a dog food chef! So your dog will get lots of healthy and tasty treats. Unless they have allergies! Thanks.

Steve and his girlfriend took amazing care of my 6 month old black lab puppy! Best part, he sent me videos and photos throughout the workday! Biggie is such a lovable golden retriever, they played all day! Jeter was so tired when he got home he was extra cuddly which always makes me happy. I recommend him to anybody looking for a sitter!!
It’s been my pleasure to have gotten to know Steve about a year and a half ago as our dogs both had a very aggressive form of cancer. I contacted him through one of the FBk. groups we belonged to. As a critical care nurse, he was a wealth of information as he had started this process before I did. He is an extremely kind, generous and caring man. His advice about wholistic food, meds., etc. was invaluable to me and my Murphy Boy (Golden Retriever). Murphy and his Pac’s (Yellow Lab’s) lives were extended in comfort due to his vast knowledge. We both have new furbabies and keep in touch. Your dog will have the most incredible care and crazy fun in Steve’s care!!! In my opinion,you won’t find a better sitter for your pup!
Steve is great with dogs of all shapes and sizes. My Pomeranian Sophie is slow to trust anyone, and started out her relationship with Steve by barking at him. He slowly but surely gained her trust over time, and now she is happy to see him! I would recommend Steve as a caretaker for any dog!

A typical day
There are several easily accessible walking trails, hiking trails and paved trails to the beach. I can do multiple walks and potty breaks throughout the day. There are also fenced in dog parks throughout my community.
