Pet care experience
We are a dog-loving family who have owned dogs for our whole lives. We are well experienced in taking care of active dogs to senior dogs. We love our dogs and we treat them like members of our family and we allow them up on our couches and furniture. We have a large backyard with a big grass area for your dog to play. We also have a doggie door so if your dog is trained to use it, they can have easy access in and out of the house. Our yard is fully fenced in and a safe haven for your dog.

I am so grateful for the love and care Steve treated my “Mocha” with. I was so worried about leaving my 2 years old dog for 3 weeks while traveling internationally. Steve, his lovely wife and sweet Lucy took Mocha in as one of their own, he felt at home and with family. I came home to a relaxed happy dog. Steve, Marjorie, and Lucy are the best. Our dog stayed with them for a week and it’s the longest he’s ever been apart from us. They are wonderful people and took great care of him. He went on walks and played every day. We felt so at ease knowing he was with them. We are so thankful!

I also use Rover for our dogs so I know how important it is to receive updates and photos. I will send you photos and videos throughout their day so you can be assured your doggie is in good hands, safe, and having a good time. While in our home, we allow our pets to get up on the couch and have full access throughout our home. Since I am home during the day, I can let your dog out whenever they need to go potty. I will give your dogs my full attention and care and will exercise them regularly throughout the day.

I am only signed up to watch small and medium sized dogs and non-aggressive breeds. Please no aggressive breed mixes either. No unneutered male dogs. Please only inquire if your dog is FULLY potty trained, is up to date on flea meds, and is good with other dogs. I cannot accept dogs with incontinence issues, diapers, or special needs. I only watch one dog at a time so that I could give your dog all my attention.
A typical day
I love to go on walks with your dog and will take him / her around the neighborhood to get their daily exercise. We often go to the park or to the beach and get our dogs out in the sun.

Availability
We only offer daycare, no overnight boarding. I currently work from home Monday through Friday and will be home with your dog throughout the day to let them out, to walk them, to play, and everything else your dog might need. If your dog stays with us on a weekend day, we usually go either to the beach or to Central Park in Huntington Beach to walk the dogs and get some fresh air.
