Dogs, cats and many other animals have been in my life since birth. I love them around me. I am an active Guide Dog foster carer, experienced puppy trainer and a member of the Association of Dog Boarders.

Thank you Steve . You are amazing . Steve and Sandra took care of our high energy puppy for dog day care. Steve’s outlook is super positive, especially when our pup chose to discover anything and everything in his house . His communications and updates were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend.
Thanks Steve for taking such good care of Rosie. We loved the photo and video updates. It looked like she had lots of attention, cuddles, and fun times with her new friend Lexi. We wouldn’t hesitate to have Rosie stay with you again.
Sully had another fantastic stay with Steve and Sandra - they took such amazing care of him, and kept us updated with pictures and videos too. He was definitely sad to leave!

We have a secure, fenced garden that your pet can explore and which opens onto a large recreation field that is well used by dog walkers. Sociable dogs with good recall can have good fun there. We also have close access to countryside walks.

Please let us know if your dog has any special needs, particular behaviour triggers and the like so that we can accommodate him/her with the minimum of fuss and so avoid stress on them as much as possible. We want your dog to be comfortable and happy with us.
A typical day
Because we have so many walks around us, your dog(s) can never get bored of the same old route and varying walking routes provides new interest for them every time. There are plenty of opportunities for ball & treat discovery games. If you have a high energy dog that needs space, we can arrange to take him/her to a fully enclosed exercise park nearby.

I am retired so am flexible and can devote time as needed by your pet and can fall into most routines that might be required by them.
